2025 Superposter Launch
Starting in 2025, Ohio’s minimum wage rates are changing. To help your business stay compliant, Ohio Grocers Association (OGA) will be distributing updated 2025 Superposters with the latest state and federal labor law requirements.
Key Update for 2025:
- Minimum Wage Increase: Effective 2025, Ohio’s minimum wage will rise to:
- Nontipped Employees: $10.70 per hour
- Tipped Employees: $5.35 per hour
This is an increase from 2024 rates of $10.45 for nontipped employees and $5.25 for tipped employees.
Already Have a 2024 Superposter? You don’t need to replace it! We’re providing stickers that simply cover the old minimum wage rate with the updated 2025 values. Email us if you need a sticker, and we’ll send it your way.
